Pointed plastering float

Rubbing boards for clay plaster are used with the respective finishing plaster to make the plaster surface even and firm. The clay plaster is rubbed off when it is leather-hard. Rubbing moves the components of the clay plaster and wedges them together. The result is a firm, non-sanding surface. The larger the rubbing board, the flatter the finished wall. However, larger rubbing boards also require more practice. We offer our rubbing boards for clay plaster in four sizes and also as a fiddling board or a carting board.
