Hempro-System 2.0
An all-in-one building system
This system consists of formwork blocks that allow you to cast columns and beams in concrete directly within the hemp block masonry, creating the load-bearing structure of the building.
The blocks are very easy to lay, for example in detached houses, extensions, semi-detached houses, residential buildings and industrial buildings.
Reasons for building with IsoHemp hemp blocks:
Your cost-effective new build based on natural materials is within reach. Thanks to our Hempro building system, it is possible to build an entire building using IsoHemp hemp blocks alone. No additional insulation material is needed. The result is a monolithic construction with all the unique benefits our hemp blocks have to offer. They are a durable solution and create a balanced indoor climate with a genuine feel-good effect that will exceed your expectations.
You also save valuable time on your building site, as the lightweight hemp blocks can be laid quickly.
Tailor-made energy savings
One of the great advantages of a Hempro house is its extremely low energy consumption. Depending on the thickness of the hemp walls, you can build low-energy, very-low-energy or even passive houses. The standard Hempro wall is 30 or 36 cm thick. The building's energy efficiency can be increased further by adding a second row of hemp blocks with a thickness of 7, 9, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30 or 36 cm. In addition, a detached house built with the Hempro building system stores around 5 tonnes of CO2.
Hemp block 30 cm
The 30 cm block is particularly suitable for new low-energy houses. This insulating masonry block can be combined with all building systems and offers maximum compatibility with the Hempro system.
The highly efficient thermal phase shift of this block is more than 19 hours, which can contribute to a comfortable temperature in summer and winter alike, and the block can also buffer fluctuations in the air humidity in your home. The block also dampens sound waves and eliminates noise nuisance.
Like the hemp block 36, it can be used in existing structures as modern internal or external insulation.
It provides very effective insulation and corresponding performance, a very long thermal phase shift (> 19h), comfort in both summer and winter, and vapour permeability.
This hemp block is used in particular for interior insulation, exterior insulation, new builds and for floors and roofs.
Hemp block 36 cm
The 36 cm block is the reference block for new buildings with very high insulation performance and very low energy consumption.
In combination with a load-bearing structure (Hempro system, skeleton constructions, etc.), it can be used to build the entire building envelope.
The block has good insulating properties (thermal phase shift >23h) and ensures optimum comfort, thanks to its thermal and acoustic properties as well as its moisture-regulating properties.
In summary, it provides a very long thermal phase shift (>23h), comfort in summer as well as in winter, vapour permeability and an excellent substrate for plasters.
This hemp block is also used in particular for interior and exterior insulation, for new builds and for floors and roofs.
Hempro Stein P
This is a perforated block of 30 cm or 36 cm, used mainly in new-build construction.
These blocks can be used to create a load-bearing structure (Hempro- System) so that the entire shell of your house can be built from hemp blocks.
This block has a vertical rectangular recess for forming a reinforced concrete column. The pre-cored block serves as formwork for the concrete column and provides its insulation.
This system ensures optimal homogeneity, minimises thermal bridges and regulates moisture. It can be combined with U-shaped blocks to form beams.
They therefore offer the advantages of a monolithic wall and a cost-effective solution, comfort in both summer and winter, and vapour permeability.
Hempro Stein U
The 30 cm or 36 cm U-block is a hemp block used for new builds. These blocks can be used to create a load-bearing structure.
This block has a horizontal recess for constructing a reinforced concrete beam. It serves as formwork and allows beams to be cast, on which the floor slab and the roof are laid.
In combination with pre-drilled blocks, the U-shaped block allows you to build a complete envelope of hemp blocks that reduces thermal bridges, gives your building uniform thermal performance across the entire envelope and at the same time ensures good moisture regulation over the whole surface.
The advantages of this hemp block therefore include a monolithic wall, a practical solution for comfort in summer as well as in winter, and vapour permeability.
