Carnauba Wax emulsion concentrate
Highly economical, water-dilutable carnauba-wax concentrate as wipe care and base protection for oiled and waxed surfaces (wood, cork, stone, ceramic, linoleum) indoors – or as a sole treatment for cabinet interiors, beams and panelling. Vegan. Coverage at 1:2 dilution: approx. 20 ml emulsion + 40 ml water/m² on oiled surfaces, approx. 35 ml emulsion + 70 ml water/m² on untreated wood (per coat); 500 ml covers approx. 25 m².
KREIDEZEIT Carnauba Wax Emulsion is a rich concentrate that is diluted with water, making it very economical. It is self-shining (polishing only if required) and is used indoors.
As a wipe-on care product, it restores a silky sheen to oiled or waxed surfaces that have become dull (wood, cork, stone, ceramics, linoleum). As a base protection after oiling, it provides additional protection against abrasion, dirt and water. As a sole treatment for untreated cupboard interiors, beams and panelling: low odour, low yellowing, antistatic, easy to wipe clean.

Suitable substrates
Oiled or waxed surfaces (wood, cork, stone, ceramics) and linoleum, cupboard interiors, beams and panelling. Interior use only. On heavily used surfaces (floors, worktops), use only after prior oil treatment. Use sparingly on smooth floors (risk of slipping).
Use & Application
Floor care: 1–2 tablespoons to 5 l of lukewarm mopping water, wipe the surface with a barely damp mop and leave to dry. No subsequent polishing required.
Base protection after oiling: Wait for the oil treatment to cure. Dilute 1 part emulsion with 2 parts water, apply very thinly with a soft cloth or brush and allow to dry; repeat if necessary.
Stand-alone treatment of wood: Sand the wood (P 100–120) and remove the dust. Dilute 1 part emulsion with 4 parts water, apply thinly and leave to dry; intermediate sanding (P 120) may be necessary.
Tools & cleaning: Cloth, brush, pad; clean with water.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to dilute?
Yes, always. Depending on the application, 1–2 tbsp per 5 l of mopping water, 1:2 as a base protection or 1:4 as a sole treatment. Never undiluted.
Do I need to polish?
No, the emulsion dries to a sheen by itself. It can be buffed afterwards for a higher gloss.
Suitable for floors?
Yes, as a wipe-care product on floors that have already been oiled/waxed. Use sparingly (risk of slipping). Oil untreated wood first.
Can I use it to treat the insides of cupboards?
Yes, diluted 1:4. The surface becomes low-odour, low-yellowing, antistatic and easy to wipe clean.
