Claytec oak staves for half-timbered renovation
Sawn oak laths for lath grids in timber-frame panels or ceiling bays and as a substructure for wattlework. Traditional clay infill techniques are used in the conservation of historic buildings and are often more practical than masonry, e.g. for very irregular infill panels and small timber cross-sections. Oak is strong and durable.
