Ceiling beams: The precise foundation for your clay ceiling blocks
Our ceiling beams are specially designed for use with conluto clay ceiling blocks. They form the supporting grid into which the clay blocks are precisely inserted from above.
The special feature: profiling
The key advantage of this system is the special profiling of the top of the beams. The clay ceiling blocks are inserted directly, quickly, and precisely into this profile. This creates a force-fit connection without complicated intermediate layers, saving you valuable construction time.
The variants: edge beams and center beams
We offer two functional variants of the ceiling beam, which are required in every ceiling grid:
- center beam
Load-bearing element that absorbs the main load of the clay ceiling blocks. Optimal load distribution across the entire span. - edge beam
Finishing bar on adjacent walls or components.
Ensures a clean connection and contributes to the static reinforcement of the overall structure.
Available dimensions
To ensure flexibility for your construction project, the ceiling beams are available in various standard dimensions (two heights, three widths, and three lengths).
