Japanese smoothing trowel

This slim universal trowel is suitable for applying and smoothing alike. Made from slightly flexible, 0.5 mm thick Honyaki steel: a forged steel hardened at high temperatures. The pointed tip is particularly suited to working in angles and corners. The finishing trowel is fitted with the traditional Japanese handle. With this handle, the index and middle fingers grip around the neck, allowing better control of the tool and greater contact pressure. We stock this trowel in various lengths between 210 and 300 mm.
