Natural lime finishing plaster HP 910 

HP 910 is composed of natural hydraulic lime, hydrated white lime, marble aggregate and a small addition of cellulose. HP910 contains no synthetic binders, is highly vapour-permeable (water vapour diffusion resistance factor µ ≤ 7) and, with a pH value of 11–13 (9–11 in the long term), creates conditions unfavourable to mould growth. HP 910 corresponds to mortar class CS I.

Application of the lime finishing plaster

HP 910 is used for the smooth finishing of all floated base coats. HP 910 is a classic trowel-applied finishing plaster for creating a smooth surface over the entire area without the need for skim coating. First level scraped base coats with a layer of Hessler HP 90-0.5mm and then smooth wet-on-damp with HP 910. Do not use in the plinth area. The substrate must be free from loose particles, dust and dirt; pre-wetting may be necessary. Suitable substrates are new base coats and old, uncoated plaster surfaces. For plasterboard substrates (Rigips), use Hessler Naturkalk-Grundierung (lime primer), followed by HP 910 smoothing plaster.
