Varnish primer Nr. 510

AURO Lackgrundierung Nr. 510 is the ideal pre-treatment before applying lacquer. The water-thinnable primer prevents colourants and extractives from bleeding through from woods such as oak, ash or chestnut, and evens out differences in substrate absorbency.

It prepares surfaces perfectly for painting with the coloured COLOURS FOR LIFE lacquers, whether matt or gloss.

Use & Application

Apply the primer evenly to the prepared wood. The surface can be overcoated with COLOURS FOR LIFE lacquers as early as 6 hours after application.

Tip: A primer is generally recommended before every lacquer application and is essential on woods and wood-based materials rich in extractives.
