KREIDEZEIT Orange Peel Oil is an essential oil obtained by pressing and distilling orange peel. In the processing of paints based on plant and mineral raw materials, it serves as a solvent for oils and resins, and it is also used as a flavouring and fragrance.

For thinning oil-based KREIDEZEIT products (Wood Glaze, Stand Oil Paint, Hard Oils, Cloth Wax, Linseed and Wood Oil Stand Oil), cleaning tools soiled with them, removing stains and degreasing surfaces.

Use & Application

Thinning: Thin oil-based KREIDEZEIT products sparingly with orange peel oil as required (e.g. dense timbers for the first coat of oil).

Cleaning: Clean tools with Orange Peel Oil immediately after use, then wash with Olive Care Soap or Corfu Soap.

No, only oil-based products. Wall paints are adjusted with water.
