Polycarbonate Namikeshi trowel

Japanese fine plaster trowel, polycarbonate

For once not made of steel, yet still produced by Japanese master blacksmith Yamanishi-San: the high-quality trowel made of coloured polycarbonate. Use this relatively short trowel with a pointed end for finishing your plaster, smoothing out shading and slight unevenness and removing trowel marks. We stock this trowel in lengths from 165 to 240 mm. Bear in mind that although plastic can be very smooth and hard, it naturally wears faster than a steel product. The advantage of this material, of course, is that it is rust-free and no metal abrasion can shade the plaster grey, even on the most delicate surface.
