Terms and conditions for competitions on Instagram

‍ What can you win?
‍ By taking part, you have the chance to win the items named in the relevant prize-draw post on the Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/lehm.laden/). 

‍ How can you win?
‍ You can enter the prize draw at the URL: https://www.instagram.com/lehm.laden. The prize will be drawn from among all participants. You enter by fulfilling the conditions stated in the post. Entries sent by post or by email will not be considered in the draw. 

‍ When does the promotion run?
The promotion starts once the post is published and ends on the end date given on the Instagram page ( https://www.instagram.com/lehm.laden/)/ in dem Beitrag genannten Enddatum. 

‍ Wer kann mitmachen?
Teilnahmeberechtigt sind alle natürlichen Personen, die mindestens 18 Jahre alt und in Deutschland wohnhaft sind. Das Gewinnspiel ist auf Deutschland beschränkt. Eine Teilnahme erfordert die wahrheitsgemäße Angabe der teilnahmerelevanten Daten. Gewinnspielvereine sowie automatisierte Gewinnspiel-Dienste sind nicht teilnahmeberechtigt. Mehrfachanmeldungen erhöhen nicht die Gewinnchance, denn sie werden gefiltert und von der Ziehung gesperrt. Jeder Benutzer kann nur für sich selbst teilnehmen (die Teilnahme für andere ist ausgeschlossen)

Wie werden die Gewinner*innen ermittelt?
Unter allen Teilnehmern werden die Gewinner*innen von Lehm-Laden GmbH & Co. KG. in einem unabhängigen Losverfahren ermittelt. 

‍ Wie erfahre ich, ob ich gewonnen habe?
Die Gewinnbenachrichtigung erfolgt, indem der/die Instagram-UserIn, der gewonnen hat, per Direct-Nachricht auf Instagram angeschrieben wird. Zusätzlich werden wir einen Beitrag auf unserer Seite veröffentlichen, in welchem der Instagram-Namen der GewinnerInnen veröffentlicht werden. Der/dieGewinnerInnen erklären sich einverstanden in der Story und in dem Beitrag von Lehm-Laden GmbH & Co. KG. genannt zu werden.

‍ Wie erhalte ich meinen Gewinn?
Der/die Gewinner*in wird aufgefordert eine Nachricht über Instagram an Lehm-Laden GmbH & Co. KG. oder eine Nachricht an i nfo@lehm-laden.de. With the notification of their win, the winner will be asked to provide the contact details required for sending or handing over the prize. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided. The following details should be provided: first name and surname, delivery address and email address.   

‍ What happens if I do not get in touch after being notified of my win?
If a winner fails to contact Lehm-Laden GmbH & Co. KG.  within 7 days of being notified, the prize is forfeited.

‍ Reservation clause
Lehm-Laden GmbH & Co. KG.  reserves the right to modify, suspend or end the prize draw at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, Lehm-Laden GmbH & Co. KG.  will only make use of this option if the proper running of the draw cannot be guaranteed for reasons of force majeure, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons.   Lehm-Laden GmbH & Co. KG.  is not liable for any losses, failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

‍ Data protection
Security and satisfaction are our top priorities. Lehm-Laden GmbH & Co. KG. stores and uses the data collected exclusively for the purpose of running the prize draw.  

‍ In the event of a cooperation with other companies
In some cases, prizes may be sent to the winner separately. For this purpose, the winner agrees that, in the event of a prize-draw cooperation with other companies, their contact details will be passed on to the respective partner so that the prize package can be sent.   

‍ Miscellaneous
Prizes cannot be paid out in cash. Prize claims cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. Recourse to the courts is excluded. Should individual provisions of the terms of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms of participation shall remain unaffected. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that most closely corresponds to the purpose of the invalid provision. Lehm-Laden GmbH & Co. KG. reserves the right to amend the terms of participation for each prize draw.
