The furniture store Möbelhaus Wolfrath in Grabow is presenting its newly furnished room-planning display booth. This year's theme is Natural Living. The walls were painted with the matching mineral paints from Beeck from the Lehm-Laden.
The nature-inspired interior design trend stands for a living environment in which we can relax and recharge. In a world that is becoming ever louder and more demanding, many people want their home to be, above all, a place of retreat. Key design elements are understated, warm earth and sand tones, high-quality and durable furniture made from natural materials, and soft shapes.
For the newly furnished booth, interior designer Janette Volk opted for the colours Raw umber chiara and Raw umber as her palette. The harmonious shade on the rear wall, called Umbra natur chiara, defines the entire room.
The area around the Box spring bed was set off slightly in colour with the shade Raw Umber. This visually creates a frame around the generous upholstered bed, which stands out thanks to the wooden applications on the headboard and base. It is complemented by bedside tables and lamps from the 3D printer. Only recycled plastics from a closed-loop system or a blend with wood fibres are used for these.
The combination of sleeping and living areas has a loft-like character and represents modern living. The Highboards and sideboards in the colours Chalk and Dark Chocolate have a simple shape and are understated in form and colour. Soft, light-coloured upholstered furniture complements the room. The Plush armchair next to the bed and the spacious lounge sofa, which dominates the front area, invite you to relax and unwind.
The furniture is Lambskins and complemented by textiles made from natural fibres such as wool, cotton or linen. Equally typical of the Natural Living style means decorating with dried grasses and ceramics. This combination of harmonious colours, natural materials and soft upholstery creates a room you love to retreat to.Off to Grabow!
