Oil primer

Priming oil for untreated exterior wood

Colourless, transparent primer oil for bare, absorbent exterior wood, for subsequent treatment with AGLAIA exterior wood stain. Suitable for dimensionally stable joinery (windows, external doors) and for joinery with limited dimensional stability (shutters, log cabins, cladding). Hardwoods and softwoods that are compatible with coatings can be treated equally well.

Properties

• Linseed oil with siccative / linseed stand oil with alkyd resin
• High penetration thanks to low-molecular linseed oil
• Water-repellent and moisture-regulating, non-film-forming
• Not prone to flaking
• Efficient to use, saturating and very high-yielding

Consumption

Approx. 0.08 l/m² on planed softwood.
