Anti-mould paint No. 327

AURO Anti-Mould Paint No. 327 reduces the risk of mould thanks to its high pH value. It is a moisture-regulating interior wall paint made without added solvents, with high opacity, and is child's play to apply with a brush or roller. The paint is available in white only.

Anwendung & Verarbeitung

Stir well, then apply 1 to 2 coats evenly and swiftly with a brush or roller. Allow 24 hours between coats.

Tip: If mould is already present, first apply AURO Mould Remover No. 412 and AURO Mould Stop No. 413 – both are available together with 1 L of Anti-Mould Paint in the Pur-san3 set, item no. 414. When wet, the paint appears transparent and only covers fully once dry.

Frequently asked questions

Does the paint remove existing mould?

No, the anti-mould paint has a preventive effect thanks to its high pH value. Existing mould must first be removed with AURO Schimmel-Entferner No. 412 and treated with AURO Schimmel-Stop No. 413.

Is there a complete package for mould problems?

Yes, the Pur-san3 set (item no. 414) contains Mould Remover No. 412, Mould Stop No. 413 and 1 litre of Anti-Mould Paint No. 327.

Can I tint the paint with colour?

Yes, with AURO Lime Colour Paint No. 350. Please note: tinting may reduce the product's properties that lower the risk of mould.

Why does the paint look transparent when wet?

This is normal with lime-based paints: full opacity only develops once the paint has dried completely.

How much area does one container cover?
