Greying glaze

Greying glaze

• For exterior use
• Anticipates the patina that timber surfaces develop through weathering
• Maintenance-free on adequately dimensioned timber, no recoating required
• Highly vapour-permeable and moisture-regulating
• Does not tend to flake; ages through matting and gradual erosion of the coating
• Lightfast thanks to purely mineral pigmentation

Open-pored linseed oil/stand oil glaze for untreated exposed timber in façade areas that is exposed to natural weathering. Prevents unsightly brown discolouration and leaching of wood extractives in the first years of weathering and thus promotes an even appearance. Suitable for adequately dimensioned façade cladding, timber façades, dormers, soffits, garden timber and fences.
