Mixing pumps – also known as plastering machines or mortar pumps – are a core competence of PFT. The PFT G 4 gen25 is robust and durable, with high area output, high value retention and reliable performance for a wide range of users. It offers maximum flexibility for different requirements on walls, ceilings and floors.

The variants differ in pump unit, delivery rate, supply voltage and basic accessory equipment (see variant designation).

Scope of delivery: The basic machine (all variants) includes a chassis with swivel/brake castors, BIONIK mixing spiral/mixing tube, mortar outlet with pressure gauge, water connection Geka DN19 (3/4") and control panel with start/stop (machine/remote control). Depending on the variant, additionally included as standard: mortar hose RONDO DN25 (10 m), air compressor (COMP P-200 or COMP M-250), spray/fine plaster gun and water/air hose, in some cases water pump AVO 500 for pressure boosting and water flow meter. The exact basic accessory equipment differs for each variant (see variant designation/technical data sheet).

Feed pumps of the PFT SWING series convey pumpable factory-made dry mortars (lime/cement-based) directly to the point of application. Compact, manoeuvrable and designed for professional use on site. The "airless c" variants are designed for paint/coating applications with high spray pressure (up to 140 bar) instead of conventional mortar conveying.

Scope of delivery: The basic SWING L variants comprise only the feed pump itself (chassis, pump unit, plastic material hopper, mortar outlet with pressure gauge, wheels/castors) – water connection, mortar hose, air compressor, spray gun and water/air hose are NOT included in the scope of delivery and must be ordered separately as accessories. A fully equipped set with compressor, hoses and spray gun is available as the template "Putzmaschine SWING L FC-400V, ready to use".

Mixing pumps of the PFT RITMO series continuously and fully automatically process all machine-applicable factory-made dry mortars based on gypsum, lime and cement with water. One-person mixing pump, can be fed with bucketed or bagged material, usable as a mixing pump or as a pump only.

'plus' variants: filling height 930mm, hopper capacity 45 litres (~1.5 bags), dimensions 915/600/1,450mm, total weight 135kg, frequency converter (FC) for infinitely variable speed control.
