Fair mix of natural and rustic grading; knots and holes that can be seen through from straight above are not permitted;
knot holes and larger cracks are standardly filled with brown-colored filler.
Boards packed sealed in shrink film on pallet or loose in transport boxes wrapped in foil.
Fakten:
The fine wood ash resembles oak in its grain, but has a character all of its own – particularly thanks to its inviting, warm golden tone. A further advantage: ash is very hard and therefore exceptionally resilient. A higher proportion of brown heartwood and knots makes “Ash Markant” a lively and unmistakable floor.
Knot holes and cracks are filled at the factory.
Oiling tones down the natural colour tone, making the wood appear lighter.
