Coverage: Item no. 13.425 10 l bucket, liquid, for approx. 50 m2; item no. 13.420 5 l bucket, liquid, for approx. 25 m2.
Storage: Can be stored in sealed containers in a dry, cool (frost-free!) place for at least one year. Reseal opened containers tightly.
Preparation: As a rule, stir thoroughly undiluted; up to 5% water may be added. The substrate must be load-bearing, firm and clean. Substrate temperature 5-25 °C. Remove old, poorly adhering coats of paint and wash off water-soluble paints. Brush down sanding plasters and then wash them. Prepare heavily sanding substrates with CLAYTEC deep-penetrating primer and consolidant. Fresh gypsum, lime or cement plasters must be at least 10 days old and dry. Highly alkaline substrates, e.g. fresh concrete surfaces with a sinter skin, must be professionally fluated (neutralised), and residues of formwork release oil must be washed off. CLAYTEC primers have no consolidating or sealing effect.
Application: Apply generously over the entire surface with a short-pile roller or a brush.
Drying: The next coat may only be applied once the surface has dried completely, after 48 hours at the earliest. Drying time depends on temperature and humidity.
