Simple finishing trowel from Japan. Industrially manufactured, consistent quality. Finishing trowels are used for the final finish of clay or lime plaster. The flexible blade makes the trowels so soft that you can easily smooth over the last trowel strokes. Pointed finishing trowels are particularly well suited to reworking edges or corners. The point lets you work right into the furthest corner. The point has an angle greater than 90 degrees. These trowels are also very good for making the trowel cut. Once the trowel has been broken in, the edge becomes very sharp, allowing you to make a perfect thin trowel cut.
