Shellac varnish
Fast-drying shellac-wax polish for turned wood objects – developed with Stefan Benner, easier to work than classic shellac polish. Silk to high gloss, easy to buff on the lathe. Coverage: approx. 0.065–0.100 l/m² per application – 250 ml ≈ 2.5 m².
Achieving even surfaces with traditional shellac French polishing requires a great deal of experience. KREIDEZEIT Shellac Wax Polish was developed together with Stefan Benner as a combination of shellac and natural waxes and is easier to apply and polish, especially on the wood-turning lathe.
The polish produces silk-gloss to high-gloss surfaces that enhance the grain. Virtually odourless once dry.
