Ready mix of regional excavated soil and mixed-grain sand 0–2 mm, without cement and without hydraulic binders, made in Berlin.
Earth masonry mortar to DIN 18946: 0/4 m – M 2.0 – 2.0. Application class AK II, compressive strength 2.5 N/mm², bond shear strength 0.05 N/mm², drying shrinkage < 2.5 %, thermal conductivity λ = 1.1 W/(m·K), µ = 5/10, building material class A1 (non-combustible).
For load-bearing and non-load-bearing earth block masonry according to DIN 18940, matched to earthbound earth blocks.
Delivered earth-moist – adjust consistency on site by adding water. Bed and head joints fully filled, 15 mm.
Requirement: approx. 56.8 kg/m² (14 cm wall, approx. 13.2 m² per big bag), 146.5 kg/m² (29.5 cm, approx. 5.1 m²), 236.3 kg/m² (45 cm, approx. 3.2 m²).
Sales unit: 750 kg big bag on Euro pallet.
Not waterproof – ensure structural moisture protection, protect the big bag from rain.
The masonry mortar for the earthbound earth block, made in Berlin from laboratory-tested excavated soil and mixed-grain sand 0–2 mm, without cement, lime or any other binder. It is delivered earth-moist. You adjust the consistency on site with water.
Applications
For load-bearing and non-load-bearing earth block masonry according to DIN 18940 and for filling timber-frame panels with the earthbound earth block, with fully filled 15 mm bed and head joints.

Delivery
Delivered by haulier directly from the Berlin plant, approx. 2–3 weeks, the Euro pallet is charged. Lower graduated prices apply from 4, 12 and 24 big bags per order. Store the big bag dry and protected from moisture.
