The actuator is mounted on the heating circuit manifold. One actuator is required per heating circuit. The room thermostat sends the signal telling the actuator whether to open or close, so the actuator regulates the flow of warm water into the wall heating. Several actuators can be operated by one thermostat. For connection, the actuators can be wired directly to the thermostat cable. However, if several actuators are controlled by one thermostat, it makes sense to use the additional connection module.
