The Eurocone fitting lets you screw the heating pipe onto the heating circuit manifold. Each heating circuit requires two fittings, one for the flow and one for the return.

To make the connection, slide the union nut onto the pipe, press the compression ring onto the pipe and press the insert into the pipe. Make sure the connection is in a straight line with the fitting on the heating circuit manifold, as this is the only way to tighten the union nut securely.

When screwed together, the brass ring is compressed, securing the pipe on the insert nipple. At the same time, the entire pipe is pressed against the heating circuit manifold.

The connection must be screwed down firmly.
