The galvanised steel heat-conducting plates are particularly solid and conduct heat very well – considerably better than aluminium plates. The plates are laid in the prefabricated grooves of the grooved wood fibre board. The profiling of the heat-conducting plate also holds the heating pipe very firmly in place. Laying the heating pipe without a plate does not work!
