Pneumatit® - brings life to concrete
Denn Pneumatit® ist ein Flüssigzusatzstoff, der eine feine biologische Aktivität (Lebendigkeit) dauernd im Beton verankert – und in allen anderen Baustoffen auf Zement- und Anhydrit- Basis.
The basis of our health, our well-being and our performance is relaxation - and its safeguard: stress resistance. Many people experience adverse effects that come from concrete - regardless of the design. This ranges from slightly subliminal discomfort to irritability, inner cold sensations, joint pain, exhaustion and organic disorders. Underlying such sensations is a reality, because the production of cement breaks through the bottom of the natural processes of life. Result: a lifeless building material with an absorbing effect on our organism.
Concrete with Pneumatit® is different. The experience of Pneumatit® rooms is described as warm, wide, free, soft, relaxing, breathing. Because Pneumatit®, a liquid additive, permanently anchors a fine biological activity (liveliness) in concrete - and in all other building materials based on cement and anhydrite. However, the concrete does not lose any of its physical or chemical properties. Various tests have confirmed this effect. All comparative studies speak clearly and consistently in favor of building materials with Pneumatit®.
Technical
- Form: Pneumatit® is liquid and has a blue colour. Delivery in individual doses, tailored to the techniques you use when mixing and pouring, in the concrete plant and on site.
- Delivery: Delivery: In glass or polyethylene containers between 250 ml and 1 liter. Delivery by mail, forwarding agency or directly. Quantities of up to 5 liters of Pneumatit® (=40 m³ building material) are sold exclusively in Germany by authorized dealers.
- Dosage: 1 liter of Pneumatit® to 8 m³ of fresh concrete or 125 ml to 1 m³ of fresh concrete. Attention: Flexible solutions as required, for example for the needs of concrete plants or plastering.
- Application: For in-situ and pre-cast concrete. The more consistently Pneumatit® is used, for example for foundations and masonry (mortars) or plasters, the better the room climate.
- Mix in: Add to the fresh concrete or fresh mortar and mix in for around 4 minutes - done. In the concrete plant or on the construction site before pouring into the mobile, batch or drum mixer. Mixing in longer (e.g. in the rotating truck mixer ex works) is possible, but not necessary.
- Shelf life: Pneumatit® should be stored cool, but protected from frost and light. In this way it can be kept for at least 3 years without any loss of quality. Color loss may occur when exposed to light, but this does not reduce the effect.
