Processing instructions
Preparation: The tiles should have been laid at least 24 hours beforehand. Clean any adhesive residue and dust from the joints. Important: Absorbent tiles such as terracotta must be watered 24 hours before grouting to prevent the mortar from drying out too quickly.
Mixing: Mix the powder with an electric mixer (450–500 rpm) for approx. 2 to 3 minutes until a homogeneous paste is formed. Manual mixing is not recommended.
Application: Work the mortar firmly into the joints until they are completely filled. Once the mortar has set, finish with a damp sponge or brush to achieve the desired finish (slurried, brushed or smoothed).
Aftercare: Protect the fresh joints from frost for at least 10 days and avoid rapid drying out due to direct sunlight or strong wind.
