In the heart of the Périgord Blanc in France, Saint-Astier ® has been producing pure natural hydraulic lime since 1837.

Saint-Astier® is an independent family business that has been producing outstanding pure natural hydraulic limes for over four generations. Its history is characterised by deep-rooted values, passion and know-how, which are shared and carried on by a team of more than 130 employees and technicians.

From the very beginning, Saint-Astier® has utilised its own quarry with a limestone deposit of over 350 hectares. It is an underground deposit, known as the "cathedral of limestone", which guarantees a constant and unique mineralogical quality even at a depth of 200 metres.
