HEMPFIX wall plug for hempcrete block masonry – specialist screw-in wall plug for Isohemp hemp blocks at least 120 mm thick.
Plug: Ø 27 × 90 mm | Tools required: Ø 16 mm drill bit, HEX 13 mm, TX40 bit
Permissible load: 68 kg lateral / 47 kg axial per fixing point
• Screw 8×80 mm: for fixing objects up to 20 mm thick
• Screw 8×100 mm: for fixing objects 20–40 mm thick

Installation instructions
Specially developed for fixing into hemp block masonry (Isohemp). Suitable for hemp blocks at least 12 cm thick.
Tools required
- Drill with wood or metal drill bit Ø 16 mm
- Adapter ¼ hex → ½ square drive + socket HEX 13 mm
- Screwdriver with TX40 bit
Installation procedure (3 steps)
- Pre-drilling: Drill a Ø 16 mm hole more than 90 mm deep. The block must be at least 120 mm thick. Then clean the drilling dust out of the hole.
- Screwing in the anchor: Screw in the anchor with a HEX 13 mm socket until the head is flush with the block surface (on a plastered block it protrudes by approx. 1 mm). Caution: Once screwed in, anchors must not be unscrewed and cannot be reused.
- Fixing: Screw in the screw with a TX40 bit and secure the object.

The values apply to HEMPFIX 90-80 and 90-100. Do not use the 8×100 mm screw for objects under 20 mm thick, as it will hit the bottom of the plug.
